By creating an account or using Scan For Cards (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Scan For Cards is a tool that, on a schedule you choose, views Instagram stories from accounts you follow, and any additional accounts you add, using your own Instagram session, extracts card data using OCR, grading-company cert lookups, and AI, and sends alerts when cards matching your criteria appear. The Service requires the Scan For Cards Chrome extension to be installed and running in your browser.

The extension operates within your own browser session using your own Instagram account. You are responsible for your own use of Instagram and compliance with Instagram's Terms of Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Every new account includes a 30-day free trial of the Dealer plan. If you subscribe during the trial, you are not charged until the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. All charges are final and we do not offer refunds, including for partial billing periods. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that alerts will catch every matching card. Card data is extracted using AI and may contain inaccuracies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scan For Cards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed card deals or inaccurate price data.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when possible.
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. To delete your account, email us at [email protected].
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
